Everyone needs some fresh air, and this is the fastest way to get some.
A short indoor walk to the reception of Lincoln wing will give you just that.
Accessibility
Smooth hospital corridors, no steps, curbs or inclines. Vending machines at reception or benches just outside if you would like some fresh air. Railings all along the route and toilets along the main corridor too. Doors into the reception area can be a little heavy, don’t be afraid to ask a passer-by for a hand.

Walking route directions
1. Start point. Turn left out of the main ward entrance.
2. Walk a short distance down the corridor until you reach the green lift on your right.
3. Take the green lift down to level 0.
4. You will find yourself in the Bexley wing atrium. Have a seat on one of the many chairs and benches or have a wander around.
5. There is a cafe at the end of the room on your right.
6. There is the reception and the exit at the end of the room on your left.
7. When you want to return to the ward, make sure to return to the same lift you came down in (the green lift). Do not go up a different lift.
8. Take the green lift up to level 2.
9. Turn left out of the lift and walk a little down the corridor.
Finish point. 10. Return to the ward through the doors on your right.
