The Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) team have a number of different clinics. Leeds clinics are held in the Cardiology Outpatient Department on E Floor of Jubilee Wing at Leeds General Infirmary. The Leeds team also run clinics at The Northern General in Sheffield, Castle Hill Hospital in Hull and at Westcliffe GP surgery in Bradford.
Please allow at least two hours for all your clinic appointments, as you may need a number of tests including an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart), ECG (electrical tracing of the heart) or blood tests. Other more complicated tests will be performed on a different day (if required). A Nurse Specialist will be available for all of your appointments to provide extra support or advice.
