We understand that living with a chronic condition and/or taking on your own treatment can feel like a burden.
The home haemodialysis team and LTHT renal service are here to support you. We provide regular contact with each of our patients, ensuring you continue to be up to date with any changes in your care such as from the consultant multidisciplinary meetings.
There is 24/7 support provided from the home haemodialysis team or J48 dialysis unit. We ensure our patients are updated with a quarterly newsletter if there are any changes you need to be made aware of.
There is a national peer support service provided by the National Kidney Federation:
