Who are the long term follow up team?
Our nurses and doctors are experienced in looking after people who have had cancer, a bone marrow transplant or any condition treated before the age of 30 years by a cancer specialist (oncologist or haematologist). They are aware of any possible late effects that may develop. We also have a specialist team who focus on endocrine late effects following cancer treatment.
The team offer support, information and advice to individuals during and following clinic visits. They can be contacted during working hours between planned clinic visits or follow-up telephone appointments.
