When to seek help

Please get in touch if you experience:
- Difficulty keeping fluids down
- Signs of dehydration e.g. excessive saliva, feeling tired, dizzy and light headed
- Reduced urine output/ Dark urine and strong smelling urine
- Weight loss
- Difficulty carrying out daily activities
- If symptoms do not improve within 48 hours, please contact your maternity team.
