Urgent support
These are services that we recommend if a patient or family require urgent support.
Childline – Call FREE on 0800 1111. You can talk to Childline about anything. No problem is too big or too small. However you choose to contact Childline, you are in control. It is confidential and you do not have to give your name if you do not want to.
NHS – Get urgent help for mental health – here you’ll find NHS resources and contact details for use in a mental health emergency.
Samaritans – call FREE on 116 123 . You do not have to be suicidal to call us.
NHS 111 – Much more than a helpline! If you are worried about an urgent medical concern, call FREE on 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser.
