Information on how to refer into service

To refer for Complex Neurological Rehabilitation please email our Referrals and Booking service who manage our referrals. Please be sure to attach a referral and not use the body of the email as the referral. This could result in delays for the patient to be seen. We aim to see all patients within 6 weeks of referral.

Referrals can be addressed to the Complex Neurological Rehabilitation Service. This way we have a better chance of identifying an appropriate consultant who has capacity to deal with the patients care and not result in any unnecessary delays
