Quality Accounts
This report focuses on the year 2022/23, tracking our progress over the past year against selected quality improvements and outlining our priorities for the year ahead. It is an open and honest account of the quality of services for which the Trust Board is accountable. The Account has been developed by a wide range of Trust staff, including senior clinical leaders and managers, Patient Experience Team, Patient Safety Collaboratives, Informatics, Medical Illustration, and the Quality Governance Team.
In addition to the Quality Account this year an Our Quality in pictures - infographic guide has been developed (these are also contained within the larger report). Although not completely in easy read format the guide enables the Quality Account to be more accessible to our patients, partners and staff in a quick and visual overview of our Trust, achievements in 2022-2023 and our goals for 2023-2024.
