Last year we made some significant improvements in some areas of our performance. However challenges remain as we continue to strive to balance the provision of the care we provide to our patients alongside dealing with an increasing workload and achieving demanding efficiency savings and financial sustainability.
Despite these challenges, we continue to provide safe, high quality care, with excellent clinical outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction. Our performance in key areas is outlined in our annual report.
