Welcome to your Patient Education Programme – information for cancer patients who have recently completed or coming to the end of their treatment

The Leeds Cancer Support team and the Clinical Nursing teams have developed informal patient education programmes for patients who have recently completed or are coming towards the end of their cancer treatment. This one-off informal session is an opportunity for you to virtually meet other people who have had a similar experience to you whilst also having the time to ask any questions or share any worries or concerns you may have.
