Preparation for Birth and Beyond (PBB)
A free four-week antenatal course for first-time parents – please register from around 24 weeks of pregnancy. The PBB course covers labour and birth, caring for your baby, feeding, relationships and becoming a parent. You’ll also meet other families who are expecting babies around the same time. Leeds Bosom Buddies breastfeeding groups
Leeds Bosom Buddies provide mum-to-mum breastfeeding information and support in groups run by trained breastfeeding peer supporters. You are very welcome to come along to a group and meet the team during pregnancy.
