We have an antenatal class (before your baby is born) and a postnatal class (after your baby is born). Both pelvic health classes are free to attend online. Please book your place using EventBrite.

Pelvic Health in Pregnancy: Essential Tips for a Stronger Pelvic Floor
This is a free online group class run by our physiotherapy team for anyone who is currently pregnant to discuss all things pelvic health. Groups run fortnightly – please use the link below to select a date and time.
The group will cover:
- The signs and symptoms of pelvic floor issues
- The importance of pelvic floor muscle exercises and how to do these
- How to reduce your risk of pelvic floor issues in pregnancy, the postpartum period, and throughout your life
- How to access help if symptoms do arise
The Pelvic Health group is currently only run in English. If your first language isn’t English, please ask your midwife or GP to refer you, or self refer on our website and request ‘pelvic floor information from group’.

Rebuilding After Birth: Your Guide to Pelvic Health and Recovery
This is a free monthly online group class run by our physiotherapy team to discuss all things pelvic health after your baby is born.
The group will cover:
- Scar care and massage
- Tummy muscle separation (diastasis)
- How to optimise bladder and bowel health
- Common postnatal symptoms
- How to be confident with your pelvic floor exercises
- Returning safely to exercise.

The first class will run on Wednesday 7 October 2026, 13:30-14:30.
