Preparation for Birth and Beyond (PBB)

PBB sessions are delivered in Children's Centres across Leeds by teams of midwives/health visitors/family workers. This short film tells you all about them:

Lets talk Homebirth! An informal evening exploring and promoting birthing at home. Advice, tips and practical information offered by a member of the Leeds Homebirth Team. click here to book

Our Birth classes: discussion and sharing of information about the journey of labour and birth, including keeping active and birthing in water; held on both of our hospital sites.

Other classes:

Mums, Bumps and Tums A women only physiotherapy group session for pregnant women who want to prevent common aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. Also provides guidance on how to exercise safely in pregnancy. First and third Tuesday of every month in the Physiotherapy Department, Lower Ground Floor, Chancellor Wing, St James's Hospital.
