Couples classes for first time parents Available at both St James's Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. Booking form can be found in the back folder of your maternity notes. We suggest you return it when you attend for your 20 week scan.

Other classes:

Mums, Bumps and Tums A women only physiotherapy group session for pregnant women who want to prevent common aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. Also provides guidance on how to exercise safely in pregnancy. First Tuesday of every month in the Physiotherapy Department, Lower Ground Floor, Chancellor Wing, St James's Hospital.
