Appointment phone delays
We’re currently experiencing longer wait times for calls to our Antenatal Admin Team. Our team is working hard to answer all calls as quickly as possible and we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
Calls to our Maternity Assessment Centres (MAC) for urgent health concerns relating to you or your baby are unaffected.

Requesting maternity health records
Patients can request a copy of their own health records. To do this, please complete an application form and provide a copy of identification by email to: [email protected]. On receipt of this information, the Trust is legally allowed 30 calendar days to process the request. Due to an increase in requests, please be aware that there may be a delay in sending your records. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you are pregnant and requesting your records to support your on-going care, you do not need to make an Access to Health request. Instead, please ask your current care provider to email [email protected] for access to your full record.
Maternity Records – Transfer of Care
If you are transferring your maternity care to another provider, or you are a clinician requesting current maternity records for a patient who has transferred their care, please email: [email protected]
Please include the patient’s full name, date of birth, NHS number (if known), and contact details of the new care provider. This helps ensure maternity records can be shared efficiently to support ongoing care.
Staff recognition
If you would like to recognise a maternity staff member, please email: [email protected]. You could also nominate them for a DAISY or IRIS award. Alternatively, you can send a thank you message by sending us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
