Pathology Research and Development

Pathology Research and Development is based in the Old Medical School on the Leeds General Infirmary site. We are GCP compliant and have an established track record of supporting clinical trials and research projects (including PhD and MSc projects). We support clinical studies and research conducted within LTHT and the University of Leeds, we also work with the NIHR Leeds In vitro Diagnostics Co-operative and with commercial companies.

We provide an analytical service and sample processing service in association with the Pathology labs of LTHT.

We can advise on protocols, test selection and logistical issues. Test costs can be provided on request. We are happy to meet with you to discuss ideas for research projects.
