All UK patients on clozapine are enrolled with the Clozapine Patient Monitoring Service (CPMS) which is provided in Leeds by the Intensive community service. Please contact the pharmacist at The Mount on 0113 3055530 to discuss requests. Consult TOXBASE if overdose is suspected. Instructions to the lab: If a sample is received for clozapine analysis, please bring to the attention of the Duty Biochemist. |
