Idirect immunofluorescence on Crithidia is used for the detection of dsDNA Ab. dsDNA auto-antibodies will specifically bind dsDNA antigen in the kinetoplast and the nucleus of crithidia luciliae.

Please warn the laboratory of its impending arrival. Failure to follow this procedure may result in the sample not being processed for cryoglobulin.
