Leeds MNVP is an independent voice for parents and families, helping improve maternity and neonatal services by listening to experiences, representing service users, and working alongside Leeds Teaching Hospitals to make positive changes.
The MNVP is a safe, independent and non-judgmental space to share, and all your feedback will be taken seriously, escalated, and fed into improvements.
No piece of feedback is too big or too small. You might want to share how you felt about your care and treatment, a positive experience you had, or an experience that you felt was negative or concerning.
You can share feedback via the survey links shared on the MNVP social media pages, or by email using the contact details below where you can set up a call or share your experience in writing.
Thank you – we appreciate any feedback you’re able to share.
