Meet the Midwife Come and have a chat with the Leeds Homebirth Team and explore where to have your baby. To book click here

Our Birth classes: discussion and sharing of information about the journey of labour and birth, including keeping active and birthing in water; held on both of our hospital sites. Please book a convenient date for when you are over 30 weeks of pregnancy. Book one place for yourself and one for your partner.

Preparing to Breastfeed  a 2 hour session for expectant parents which will provide you with all the information you need to get breastfeeding off to the best possible start. To book click here

Mums, Bumps and Tums A women only physiotherapy group session for pregnant women who want to prevent common aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. Also provides guidance on how to exercise safely in pregnancy. Sessions are held at Chapel Allerton Hospital. Booking essential.
