Dentists

The paediatric dental team, who are based at the Leeds Dental Hospital, see children and young people in our outpatient and day care department, and on the wards.

They aim to see every child who requires treatment for their cancer. If you feel that your child already has dental problems please ask your doctor or nurse to arrange for them to be seen by the dental team.

You can continue to see your own dentist for checkups; however, any treatment must be discussed with either the dental team or your doctor before it takes place.
