Transition
Our transition events are currently cancelled until further notice.
You will have the opportunity to meet other young people and the staff in the adult arm of the Long Term Follow Up service. This event will be held at the Maggie's Centre at St James' Hospital, Beckett Street, Leeds, LS9 7TF.

If you are interested in attending please call admin support on 0113 392 2121 to book your place. We will be holding three events per year so spaces will fill up fast!
Our mission:
- For LTFU patients / friends and families' to meet other LTFU patients and staff whilst having fun singing in the choir and meeting new people.
- To enhance our patients/families’ experience, further their well-being and enable new friendships, peer support and social interaction opportunities.
- To raise the profile of the team and facilitate fundraising opportunities.
Who are we?
Patients, family, friends and multidisciplinary staff from the Long Term Follow-Up Service in collaboration with Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan centre, Candlelighters and Leeds Cares.
We have already had a number of successful performances so far including: LGI Christmas lights switch on, Leeds Cares Christmas concert and Macmillan Leeds Minster concert.
We were also interviewed on BBC Look North as seen in the video below!
Practice dates are currently suspended until further notice due to Coronavirus.
