Service

Gastro-Intestinal Services incorporates a joint medical and surgical approach to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases including cancer. The aim is to provide a patient focused approach to GI diseases.

The GI services are provided at St James's Hospital. They are supported by elective inpatient and outpatient services at Wharfedale and Chapel Allerton Hospitals, including endoscopy, radiology  and laboratory services. The Trust provides an acute, elective, secondary and tertiary service.
